I understand Local Autos Online requires this information and hereby authorize Local Autos Online to
debit my account for services provided and applicable usage charges on a month to month basis in
addition to the setup fee charged one time only at commencement of the service.
I acknowledge that my account will be billed at the 1st day of each month for the following month
of licensing and maintenance. Further, I agree not to hold Local Autos Online responsible for any delay
or loss of funds due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by me or by my financial
institution or due to an error on the part of my financial institution.
All fees are Pre-Pay and invoices are due upon receipt and/or on the date the account is activated.
This agreement will remain in effect until Local Autos Online receives a written notice of cancellation
30 Days prior to the next scheduled billing cycle by email to billing@localautosnline.com or fax to
(727.470.6080) in accordance to the Terms of Service(TOS) which I have read and understand. Additional
fees and expenses may apply on third party commitments and services procured for me or my companies on
behalf of Local Autos Online.
