Dealer Data Feed Setup

Import supports two formats: a data file, separated by commas (csv) and xml.

1	type	String	Type of vehicle (Car, Truck, etc.)
2	stock	String	Stock number defined by dealer (can be same as VIN)
3	vin	String	Vehicle Identification Number
4	year	Integer(4)	Year the vehicle was manufactured (for example: 1984)
5	make	String	Manufacturer of the vehicle
6	model	String	Model of vehicle
7	trim	String	Specific trim of the model
8	free_text	String	Text added by the dealer to show specific details
9	body	String	Body style of vehicle (Coupe, Sedan, SUV, Truck, etc.)
10	mileage	Integer	Odometer in miles
11	price_current	Integer	Current price of car
12	price_down_rate	Integer	Incremental amount the price is reduced over a selected period
13	price_wholesale	Integer	Price charged to wholesalers who buy large quantities for resale
14	price_cost	Integer	The price a dealer paid for the vehicle
15	title	String	Title of the vehicle
16	condition	String	Condition of vehicle (New, Used, Certified, Pre-Owned, Other)
17	exterior	String	Exterior color of vehicle
18	interior	String	Interior color of vehicle
19	doors	String	Number of doors
20	engine	String	Type of engine
21	transmission	String	Type of transmission
22	fuel_type	String	Fuel Type (Gasoline, Diesel, Hybrid, etc.)
23	drive_type	String	Driving wheels of the vehicle
24	options	String	Vehicle options, separated by a comma
25	warranty	Integer	Vehicle warranty, 1 - if warranty exists, 0 - if not
26	description	String	Description of the vehicle
27	pics	String	URL of the photos for the vehicle
28	date_in_stock	Date	The date on which the vehicle was uploaded into inventory

29	DealerName	String	Dealer’s name
30	DealerContactPerson	String	Dealer’s contact person
31	DealerPhone	String	Dealer’s contact phone number
32	DealerEmail	String	Dealer’s e-mail
33	DealerAddress	String	Dealer’s address
34	DealerCity	String	Dealer’s address (City)
35	DealerState	String	Dealer’s address (State)
36	DealerZIP	String	Dealer’s address (ZIP code)
37	DealerCountry	String	Dealer’s address (Country)
38	DealerID	String	The ID of the dealer

Table - displays the CSV field structure sample which must include field heading and data must be separated with a comma "," and quotations ( " ) for each field.

Once the feed has been approved you will be provided an FTP login and password to submit your data.
